WWII Nazi German Berlin at Night Eagle Columns Third Reich NSDAP Postcard 1941

Original WWII-era German postcard showing Berlin’s famous Unter den Linden boulevard illuminated at night and decorated with monumental eagle-topped columns.

The printed caption on the front reads:

“Berlin – Unter den Linden im Festschmuck”
Translation: “Berlin – Unter den Linden in Festive Decoration.”

The dramatic nighttime view looks directly down Unter den Linden, with rows of illuminated columns extending into the distance. Each of the large ceremonial columns is surmounted by a German eagle and swastika emblem.
