Authentic January 1940 official Nazi German Third Reich judicial document issued by the Public Prosecutor (Oberstaatsanwalt) at the Regional Court (Landgericht) of the coastal city of Rostock.
This unique piece of wartime judicial history is addressed to the Directorate of the Dreibergen-Bützow correctional facilities (Strafanstalten Reibergen-Bützow). The typed text concerns the transfer of a former city employee, Karl [Name Redacted], from Bad Doberan. It clarifies a clerical error from a December 1939 execution request regarding his whereabouts.
