1943 WW2 German Third Reich NSV Bremen Evacuation Transport Registration Card

Original wartime German NSV document/card from Bremen, dated 1943, issued through the Kreisamt der NSV in Bremen – Abteilung “Transporte u. Unterkunft”. This is a Verwandten-Meldekarte / evacuation-related relatives registration card, used for arranging transport and lodging for family members during the wartime evacuation system.
The card references Entsendekreis: Bremen and Entsendegau: Weser-Ems, with multiple official NSV stamps and handwritten entries. The form concerns the sending/relocation of Marie Brumme with 2 children, ages appearing to be  4, and 2? or possibly family age entries; handwriting is difficult in places.
