Original 1930s Salem Cigarette Card – SA-Mann – Kampf um’s Dritte Reich Bild 28

Original pre-WWII German Salem cigarette trading card, Bild 28, from the historical series “Kampf um’s Dritte Reich” (Struggle for the Third Reich). This card features a color portrait identified on the reverse as an “SA-Mann”, depicting a member of the SA in brown uniform with distinctive collar insignia.

The reverse is clearly printed:

“Kampf um’s Dritte Reich – Bild 28 – SA-Mann”

It also states that the pictures were included in packages of Salem cigarettes and that collecting albums for the complete series of 273 pictures could be purchased for RM 1. Issued by Salem Cigarettenfabrik G.m.b.H., Dresden-A. 5.
