1937 German Third Reich Lotterie Lottery Tickets Pair Cultural & Social Relief COPIES

Attached pair of 1937 German “Wohlfahrts-Lotterie” (Welfare Lottery) tickets  issued for cultural and social aid programs during the prewar period.  These attractive blue-and-red tickets feature elaborate Gothic  lettering, serial numbers, and detailed printing typical of 1930s German  lottery and fundraising ephemera.

The reverse side includes full  printed lottery rules and payout tables in German. The tickets were  organized by the “Volksbund für das Deutschtum im Ausland” through the  Landesverband Thüringen, making them an interesting example of period  fundraising and propaganda-related social organizations of 1930s  Germany.
