The booklet contains four labels depicting Norwegian collaborationist leader Vidkun Quisling inside a hangman’s noose, accompanied by the Norwegian text:
“Vanære og forakt har Quislings færd ham bragt”
Translated:
“Dishonor and contempt have Quisling’s actions brought upon him.”
The interior text reads:
“4. Utkast til den norske frimerkekonkurranse. Tre andre utkast følger pr. luftpost.”
Translation:
“4th entry for the Norwegian stamp competition. Three other entries will follow by airmail.”
