RARE 1935  German “Nachweis der arischen Abstammung” Aryan Ancestry Document –  Stuttgart Tax Stamps, Complete Multi-Page Genealogy
Description:
Offered here is an original 1935 German “Nachweis der arischen Abstammung” (Proof of Aryan Ancestry) document, an important and highly collectible piece of Third Reich-era bureaucracy and genealogy documentation.
These documents were officially required under NSDAP racial laws and were used to prove “Aryan” lineage, often tracing family ancestry  back multiple generations. They became especially critical after the  introduction of the Nuremberg Laws (1935), where proof of ancestry was mandatory for employment, marriage approval, military service, and Party affiliation.
Document Details:

Extensive Genealogical Content:
This document traces multiple generations of family lineage, including:

Father and mother
Grandparents (both paternal and maternal lines)
Great-grandparents (Ur-Großeltern)

Names, birth dates, occupations, and locations are recorded throughout, making this a rich genealogical artifact as well as a historical document.
Stamps & Official Markings:
A standout feature of this piece is the presence of original Stuttgart municipal tax stamps (Städtische Gebühr) affixed and canceled, including:

1 Reichsmark stamp
60 Reichspfennig stamp
20 Reichspfennig stamp

These stamps feature period Third Reich iconography, including swastika-era municipal designs, and are properly canceled with official Stuttgart markings.
Also present:

Official Stuttgart registry seal (Standesamt)
Handwritten validation notes and signatures
Certification stamps dated 18 September 1935

Historical Significance:
These ancestry documents were a cornerstone of the racial classification system in 1930s Germany. Individuals were required to submit documented proof  of lineage (often back to 1800 or earlier) to demonstrate they met the  regime’s racial criteria.
Without such documentation, individuals could face:

Denial of employment in civil service or military
Restrictions on marriage
Loss of citizenship rights under racial laws

Because of this, surviving original examples—especially complete, multi-generation documents like this one—are increasingly sought after by collectors of:

Third Reich paperwork
Genealogical records
Political and social history artifacts

Collector Highlights:

Complete multi-page genealogical record
Strong ink signatures and entries
Multiple Stuttgart tax stamps with clear cancellations
Early 1935 example (key year of racial legislation)
Excellent display and research value

Final Notes:
A rare and historically significant document representing the bureaucratic and ideological structure of the era.  Pieces like this provide direct insight into how ancestry and identity  were formally documented and enforced during this time period.
