Very Rare WW2 German 1944 SS-Jäger Franz Em 18 Y/O Soldier SS Death Card Northern Front

Very rare original 1944 death/memorial card for SS-Jäger Franz Em, from Meierhof, parish of Engelhartszell, who died on July 14, 1944 at only 18 years old “in the high north.”
The card states that he died in his 18th year of life for “Volk und Heimat.” The “high north” wording strongly suggests service on the northern front, possibly Finland/Norway/Karelia region, making this a very desirable and uncommon Waffen-SS related death card.
The interior shows a civilian portrait of the young soldier, with mourning verse beneath. The reverse interior features an Iron Cross 1939 image and patriotic memorial text.
