WW2 German RLB Luftschutz Air Raid Protection Insurance Tariff Booklets 1936-37

Original pre-WWII German insurance documents issued as supplements to the “Prämien-Tarif für Haftpflichtversicherungen”—the premium tariff for liability insurance dated 1 August 1936.

This lot contains two period supplements:

• 1. Nachtrag – first supplement to the tariff edition of 1 August 1936.
• 2. Nachtrag – second supplement, issued by Agrippina Allgemeine Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft, Köln am Rhein, Riehlerstraße 90, and printed in November 1937.

The documents contain detailed amendments to German liability-insurance rates and regulations, including commercial, automotive, agricultural, private and sporting liability coverage. Particularly interesting is the second supplement’s reference to the Luftschutzgesetz—Germany’s 1930s air-raid protection law—and liability involving compulsory civil air-defense service.
