Excellent high-quality reproduction display set featuring an Imperial German Iron Cross 2nd Class together with a matching-style preliminary award/possession certificate (Vorläufiges Besitz-Zeugnis). This is an attractive replica grouping patterned after Imperial German military awards and paperwork of the WWI era.

The medal is a finely detailed reproduction Iron Cross with the classic black-and-silver appearance and black-and-white suspension ribbon. One side features the Imperial crown, “W” cipher and 1870, while the reverse displays the crown and “FW” cipher, oak leaves, and 1813 date. The accompanying certificate is headed “Kgl. Bayer. 16.
