Original WWII-era 7 Dinara postage stamp from German-occupied Serbia, dating from approximately 1942 and featuring a detailed view of the historic Žiča Monastery.

The stamp is inscribed “СРБИЈА” (Serbia) across the top and “ДИНАРА” (Dinara) along the bottom, with the denomination 7 appearing in both lower corners. Within the detailed engraved monastery scene is the Cyrillic inscription “ЖИЧА” (Žiča).

Žiča is a historically important Serbian Orthodox monastery near Kraljevo. The subject, wartime issue and attractive engraved design make this an interesting addition to a collection of WWII occupation postage, Serbia, Balkans philately, German occupation issues, or monastery/topical stamps.

Condition: Mint Hinged (MH) with original gum and evidence of previous hinging. Attractive overall condition with strong printing and intact perforations. Please examine photographs for exact condition.
