WWII Nazi German Third Reich Soldier Song Postcard Rosalinde w NSDAP Swastika Flag

Original period German military song postcard titled “Rosalinde.” The card credits music to Herms Niel, words to Alexander Fleßburg, and arrangement to Erich Walden.

The upper photograph shows a large group of uniformed German soldiers gathered together, with a prominent period German NSDAP Swastika flag behind them. Below the photograph are four verses of the humorous soldier’s song concerning Rosalinde and a Grenadier.

A very displayable example combining military photography, music, soldier culture and period symbolism on a single card.
