WWII Nazi German Youth Jugend Boy Third Reich Postcard 6 Pf Hitler Stamp Hannover

Original WWII-era German photographic postcard featuring a young German boy standing confidently outdoors in a field, wearing traditional-style short Lederhosen with suspenders, knee socks and a light shirt. A striking period image with the low camera angle giving the portrait a particularly dramatic appearance.

The postcard was genuinely mailed during the Third Reich period and retains its original purple 6 Pfennig Adolf Hitler definitive postage stamp. The stamp is tied to the card by a circular German postal cancellation. The exact town/date in the cancellation is somewhat difficult to read from the strike and I would not want to incorrectly identify it.
