WWII WW2 German RAD Soldier Blowing Signal Horn Swastika Armband Uniform Photo

Original WWII German photograph showing a member of the RAD – Reichsarbeitsdienst (German Labor Service) in uniform, photographed while blowing a small signal or bugle-style horn.

This is a particularly nice RAD image because the man is shown in a full-length uniform with his RAD sleeve insignia clearly visible. He is holding the horn to his mouth as if sounding a call or signal.

The reverse has a period photographer’s ink stamp. The photograph has scalloped edges and measures approximately 3.5 x 2.5 inches. See ruler for size comparison.

Original period photograph with age-related wear, light surface marks and staining to the reverse as shown. Sold exactly as pictured.
